All instructions and examples refer to older UI. 

The New UI, which we have been asked to explore and critique, does NOT show suitably-similar commands or options. Indeed some aspects, eg A/V don't seem to be accessible at all. (please advise if incorrect assertion)

Workaround: revert to traditional UI.
