Thank you for reaching out to us. After checking your JetBrains account I see that your student subscription
is valid until January 03, 2025, and your JetBrains account is managed with this email address
hsmsem50000@gmail.com. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription.
Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.
I'll appreciate it if you let me know how it works for you.
hakanyaman@aof.anadolu.edu.tr Although my e-mail address is my GitHub education license, my e-mail address seems to be blocked by jetbrains. I request that my blocked mail address be opened here.
Thank you for your request regarding your affiliation with Faculty of Open Education of Anadolu University.
I’m afraid that we won’t be able to approve your student license application.
This is due to the fact that, specifically, the Faculty of Open Education of Anadolu University is not accepted by JetBrains to take part in our Student Support program. According to our license terms, we only support individuals from recognized educational institutions.
The Faculty of Open Education is known for allowing student enrollment to professionals who already work full-time and who can use JetBrains tools at work. This goes against our license terms because student licenses are only granted for education, and it is strictly forbidden to use them for any commercial purposes.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to decline your application. This decision is not a reflection of you personally, but rather due to the policies of the Faculty of Open Education.
You may find it useful to check out the free [educational tools](https://www.jetbrains.com/education) that JetBrains provides, use our free evaluative subscriptions, our free IntelliJ and PyCharm community editions, our Rider and WebStorm that are free for non-commercial use or consider purchasing an [individual subscription](https://www.jetbrains.com/store/?fromMenu#edition=personal) (annual or monthly), which is much cheaper than a regular business/commercial subscription.
