todo projeto que inicio, tanto em maven ou gradle aparece esse erro

Hello,

What IDE version do you use? Please try to disable custom plugins if any ("Settings | Plugins - cog wheel - Disable all downloaded plugins").

Do you face this issue with newly created projects?

Versão IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2 (Ultimate Edition)

Toda vez que vou criar um novo projeto, enfrento esse problema
