What is the pop up saying alternate source for? The only option is to hide the window.

Could you please share a screenshot that shows your IDE window with the popup visible? Are you referring to the debugger functionality: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/settings-debugger.html#ozsgpk_4? Thanks.

Show alternative source switcher

The alternative source switcher appears on top of the editor if in project there is more than one class with the same fully qualified name.
