Strange behavior upgrading from 14.1.4 -> 14.1.7

After this upgrade I'm finding that IntelliJ doesn't know about many of the classes in my project.

In fact I think it's all classes in my project.

When I revert back to 14.1.4 it seems to always have forgotten the location of all classes and everything is red.

Yet compilation works fine.
