CLion Endlessly Loading

Hello,

CLion seems to be nearly endlessly trying to list files/folders when I try to either create or import a project.  It took almost 3 hours to list them.
If I go into Windows Explorer, I can load up the files instantly, so I am unsure of why CLion seems to have such a hard time listing the files.
CLion was working fine a week ago.

I have tried opening CLion as and Administrator, and in compatibility mode, neither of which helped.  
I have also reinstalled CLion (after doing a full uninstall), restarted & updated my computer and even tried rolling it back by a week.

I am running Windows 10 (x64 Pro, fully licensed, and was fresh installed a few weeks ago), with 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 3.5GHz CPU.
