File path when installing IntelliJ updates

Hi

Currently IntelliJ updates are being installed to my local users directory on Windows 10 :

C:\Users\xxx\.IdeaIC2016.2

Is this path configurable? If not will the IdeaICXXXX.X path be consistent per version?

The reason for asking is that our IT department operates a whitelist policy and they will need to add this path to their whitelist in order for us to install future updates.
