Default dictionary path (spelling) doesn't work.

Hi 

I have problem with default dictionary path for dic files.

My language dictionary files works fine, but every time I want use my own language dictionary, I must give path in spelling (preferences>spelling>dictionaries). In default options everything is ok (my language dic path exist), but when I'm creating new project it doesn't inherit that .dic path.

Why is that?
