Location of config /temp files in Pycharm

At Startup, Pycharm parses the files of the current project.

We would like to move those files into fast RAM Risk for faster access.

1) Where are the temp/config files for each project located ?

2) How can we move those files into a new directory ?

3) Where in general Pycharm stores the local temp files ?

     (How we can move this).

It would be good in the setting area a possibility to move the root of config files 

(backup reasons, speed reasons).
