Is there a way to automatically display Annotations (commit information) next to line numbers when I open a file?

I would really like to enable some option just as there is for "Show line numbers"

VCS annotations loading can be slow unless you are using https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/8514?pr=idea plug-in. There is no way to enable it by default at the moment, mostly for the performance reasons.
