CTRL+S Moves caret to first col of the line [SOLVED]

Hello,

on Ubuntu16.04 PHPStorm 2016.3.1 when I CTRL+S it moves caret to the first col of the line if it was on an empty line. 

 

I can't find out why in looking into the Keymap. Any hjelp or suggestions ?
