Change color of inherited methods in structure tool window?
I find the inherited methods in the structure tool window a bit too light to read easily without strain. Is there a setting to darken these up, in the same way you can change the file colors?

Unfortunately no -- that is controlled by actual GUI Theme.
(e.g. if you change to another color schema (bundled Darcula/Twilight .. or some another one) you will notice (especially with dark ones) that this area does not change at all. You have to change actual GUI Theme (e.g. Darcula) to see the changes there)
