is AppCode features available in IDEA and will be if not?

we don't plan to offer AppCode as a plugin for IntelliJ IDEA at the moment.

but why, at least, don't offer access to plugin for AppCode licence owners? I do not like extra IDE, but I need AppCode.

It's simply becasue there is no plugin for IDEA that brings AppCode functionality into it.
And while it's no simple task to convert AppCode into IntelliJ IDEA plugin, we can't promise it anytime soon.
