Then what is my license key? In the e-mail I have received there's reference number (LC-xxxxx-D35xxxxxxx), Customer ID (91xxx) and a license block (4 lines of base64). Neither of them works. When I'm trying to extend my license I get error: "A license key purchased for any JetBrains product is required. Unfortunately, the provided key is invalid. Please make sure that you are using the correct key or contact us for the key verification".
Hi,
You should be able to renew it on a regular basis.

The renewal process is not yet set-up for PyCharm because we only started selling it last October and renewals only make sense after one year.
And normaly, some time before your license actually expires, you should receive a special reminder with instructions on how to renew your license.
But, anyway, your current license should be perfectly fine for any existing version of PyCharm, so there's no need to worry.
Also, could you please forward to me (at eugene.toporov@jetbrains.com) the original e-mail with the license? I will double-check the dates, etc.
Thanks,
-Eugene
