PyCharm 1.5.4 (as well as 2.0) doesn't include any UML support. It's on the roadmap for a future release.
I would also like to submit my vote for adding UML capabilities into PyCharm. I was excited to see it arrive in PHPStorm 2 but disappointed it didn't make into PyCharm 2.
