out of memory, please increase xmx

Today I've been getting quite a few of these errors. How do I increase my xmx? Should I buy a new computer with SSD?

Also my project isn't that big yet, Today I've been working on unittesting and mocking my webapp. I was browsing the web, when I came back to pycharm I had the error.
