Can we change the color of ALL of the windows? not just code editor

Hi,

I'vegot the colors set up lovely for the code editor - however, it looks kind of ugly and jarring surrounded by the hite boxes for all the other windows (test results, debugging, project explorer etc).

How can I change these to use the same scheme? I notice all my log windows are correctly colored.. but the other ones are super white... if I could just change the explorer it would make a big difference.
