Problem with installation MySQL-python under Windows 7

Welcome,
I'm trying to install (PyCharm 2.6.2 on the Windows 7 32bit) package MySQL-python for my virtualenv. Actually the newest version of this package is 1.2.3, but after launching install action I get some message that some problems occurred during installation (details in attached file). Do you know how can I install this package for virtualenv on Windows machine?

Hi Grzegorz, what happens if you install the package manually from console using pip install? Do you get the same error?

Yes, if I try to install this package from console, then I get the same error. Do you have any advices how can I resolve this issue?

This problem is specific to mysql-python, not PyCharm. Please refer to mysql-python forums to get advice related to it.
