AppCode hangs on Initial Indexing

I have AppCode working just fine on Lion 10.7.3 and I've been recommending it to co-workers. Unfortunately, both of my coworkers have tried opening projects and it hangs during initial indexing. Each time they restart, the app hangs in a different place.

Any ideas how we can troubleshoot this? I'd be happy to submit logs.
