unreadable names of packages in 'External Libraries' tree

Background color of packages under Python interpreter subtree of 'External Libraries' tree is so dark that names of packages are unreadable. The problem is the same in various UI themes. I'm attaching the screenshot.

I can't find any setting that would let me reset it properly :(
