Tips of the day not found

I updated PyCharm to 3.02 and start seeing this message: 'Tips not found Make sure you installed PyCharm Community Edition correctly'. I did not see it when I was using the precious version. The PyCharm works, but how can I received 'Tips' when I open Pycharm?

I got this problem too. You might not be delighted to know that I found this http://ben.schmuhl.org/ownership/ before I realized there was no answer on the web or in your knowledge-base. This does not sound very JetBrains-ish and is a very sad thing.

Hi Dale, the problem is fixed in PyCharm 3.1: try the last RC build please http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PYH/JetBrains+PyCharm+Preview+(EAP)
