Why PyCharm show me my Django Static files is unresolved?

Why Pycharm show me all my static files ar unresolved? Even all my files are correctly set?

Please, make sure that you correctly specified settings.py in Settings| Languages&Frameworks| Django.
If yes, please contact pycharm-support@jetbrains.com with your settings.py and screenshot of project structure.
