Sorry, this isn't strictly related to CLion the application, but I recently can't follow any cpp issues I was able to load perhaps a month or so ago.
Any attempt to load http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/CPP fails with the error:

You have no permissions to view this page

Try to log in again, go to issues page (logged in as 'Richard Khoury'), or contact your system administrator.


I have no issue accessing https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues and can happily access other projects such as https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues?q=project%3A+PyCharm.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
