Cannot open Console

I just installed WebStorm at my home PC and for some reason I cannot open the console (using Visual Studio bindings)

I thought the binding was alt+f12, but when that didn't work I looked it up in bindings and apparently it's ctr+shift+f12. but it doesn't work.

I've check the pluggins and terminal is enabled.. help?

Can you open it using View | Tool Windows | Terminal?

What shell is chosen in Settings | Tools | Terminal?
