TFS Integration - Failed to load workspaces: Host contacted, but no TFS service found

Hello,

 

I have installed last version of TFS Integration plugin in my WebStorm. I have allowed alternate credentials. When I connect to TFS online, I gets error:

Failed to load workspaces: Host contacted, but no TFS service found

Could you help me please?

Thanks for reply. I know about this workaround. 

I did not found uri in format https://<TEAM>.visualstudio.com/<TEAM> in TFS cache.

I'm on Windows 10 x64 and I have folders 3.0, 5.0 and 6.0 in c:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\ folder

I found record in format: https://<TEAM>.visualstudio.com/defaultcollection in file Microsoft\Team Foundation\6.0\Cache\Volatile\24665285-b729-4324-948b-2b514838fb9d_https\VersionControl.config 

Removing defaultcollectin in this file does not help me..

 

In WebStorm I can see that it is in https://<TEAM>.visualstudio.com/<TEAM> format and I do not know why.

 

 

Any idea what can be checked? Is there posible to enable logging?

Hi Elena,

I used fulltext search in my disk and I found that I looked to wrong folder. The correct is c:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Application Data\Microsoft\Team Foundation\1.0\Cache\
