Phpstorm 2016.3 deployment/connection not store login-pasword for sftp

This problem with Settings->Build,Execution,Deployment->Deployment
I enter username and password as usually, after apply/save settings these fields are empty;
Problem happens both with old servers (created before update) and with new.
How i can recover this funcional?

Unforunately, latest update didn`t solve the problem as expected. After apply fields username and password still become empty. After "ok" some settings (that was created before 2016.3. update) stored, some (just created settings) - not.
I'm on PhpStorm 2016.3.2 and am having the same problem. When will this be fixed? Is there a workaround until it is fixed?

2) Please post screenshot of "Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Passwords"
3) What passwords are unable to be saved (deployment/database/etc)? Are they global (IDE wide -- available for all projects) .. or project specific entries (e.g. this SFTP is only available for this project)?

1) Debian - 8.7
2) I was using native keychain.
3) project specific SFTP
Checking your comments and links led me to change to KeePass. Saving the deployment SFTP settings for key pair now save instead of being "blanked out" when clicking the Apply button.

Jim, I switch to keepass for store passwords in Settings -> Appearance & Behavior -> System Settings -> Passwords and it solve my problem
