Rails console from Tools menu not loading

I am able to run the rails console from Terminal by typing "rails console", however when clicking Tools > Run Rails Console I get the following error:

The script/console file contains the following:

#!/usr/bin/env ruby
require File.expand_path('../../config/boot',  __FILE__)
require 'commands/console'

Any help would be appreciated.
