keymappings for arrow keys did not get migrated

Hey guys, just started using the RubyMine EAP and the first thing I noticed is that the arrow keys don't move the cursor.  I'm using a custom keymap, and when I imported the settings many of them were missing.  Notably, it's annoying that I have to go re-map the settings for up, down, left, right, up with selection, etc. -- was this deliberate?
