Import existing rails 3 app - RubyMine 2.5 EAP #98.47

Second try with RubyMine.  This time I want to turn an existing Rails 3 application into a RubyMine project.  It must be easy, but I'm struggling.

All right.  I just needed to open the folder with the Rails 3 application and the left navigation panel looks as I expect.
