Comment line/section does not work with OSX Dvorak Keymap
On OSX and RubyMine 1.1, IDEA 8.1, the keystroke
CMD-/
does nothing when using the Dvorak keymap. It works when using the
normal US keymap.

I have a similar issue on Mac OS X using the default "MacOS X" keymap. For me this shortcut sometimes works (I have seen it working) but often does not.
But as I have a German keyboard layout, some shortcuts are simply not working anyways
7 years later and I am still having the issue.
