There my "Post work item to bug tracker" button?

I have the following problem: Connect to the server redmine, in tab  "Time Tracker"  I had no displayed buttons for send spend time on the  server. What can be wrong ?

Turning Time Tracking plugin OFF and then back ON did help in my case.
