Creating custom intentions?

Hello,

I would like to cerate custom intention, to use with my library.

If I understanad properly... I need to crete my custom plugin for it?

I want to create intention to generate signal handler, that would work similarly as 'Flash/Flex' plugin 'Create event handler' intention.

How can I create my own intention? plugin?
