IdeaVIM support

The following announcement from 0.12.0 makes me wonder if I'm just misunderstanding something.  I did try the new Vim.xml keymap file, however.

New Features

- Idea's Go To|Forward and Go To|Back commands have been replaced with the corresponding jump function.

The back&forward problem of IdeaVIM was corrected.
My favorite patch was appropriated.
- i_CTRL-N, i_CTRL-P remap
- /, ?, *, # remap
- work motion enhanced
- IdeaVIM is effective only in editor part
