Hello,
New version of plugin is accessible from Plugin Manager. Tested on last Selena EAP, but will work OK from build previously build since 6708.
Changes:
Improvements for JNI loading
Performance optimization
Fixed bug with freezing IDEA window after Windows Explorer->Explore on folder.

Have you tested it thoroughly? This plugin crashes my Idea 7.0 m1b every time I push the right button.
Can you find file hs_errXXXX.log in ${idea.dir}/bin and post it here?
I'm tested it on Windows XP Pro SP2, Java 1.5.0_11.

The crash in wzshlex1.dll - it is WinZIP dll. that version of WinZIP you are using?
I'm try to install it for problem reproducing.

BTW, maybe you have Visual Studio on board by your side?
WZSHLEX1.DLL version 4.1.7361.0.
I don't user Visual Studio and so don't install it. Should I uninstall WinZip to use this plugin?
My version is 4.1.7361.0 too.
I guess it not WinZIP itself, but something like 'encoding problems'. So, uninstalling WinZIP can help, but better if I'm try fix this bug in IContextMenu_JNI.dll to enable working with China encodings.
But i have no ideas how to debug this...
The last question, can you press right click on the same file/directory from Windows Explorer and send screen shot of expanded WinZIP menu here? And also, please post here the WZSHLEX1.DLL.

snapshot and my WZSHLEX1.DLL file attached. I've uninstall winzip and using 7-zip instead, your plugin works fine now.
