UTrack issue 111425

Hello,          
I'm looking at working on UTrack issue 111425 pertaining to accessibility of the ide.

I was wondering wherre the best place to start looking at the code was?

I am looking for the editor component, but can't seem to find it as I'm new to the source and the way it's organised.

Any pointers/help would be gratefully apreciated.
