CVS Report Plugin - ssh ext connection?
Hi,
I downloaded the CVS report plugin. It seems to have the same functionality as the SVN report plugin, which I already used and liked.
However, I cannot use the CVS report plugin on our cvs-based projects, since ssh/ext connection protocol does not seem supported. Will this connection method eventually been added?
Would be very nice.

I will add ssh/ext support to CVS Report in future release.
The problem is i can't setup and test "ssh/ext" server. I have only "pserver" server.

I you could implement the ssh/ext connection method, I would test drive it for you.
However, can't you use the IntelliJ CVS infrastructure to establish a connection, since the connection must be already defined elsewhere ?

Yes, why not? At least in my use cases, I cannot imagine any reason not to use the vsc configuration of my current project.

Another useful thing would be to integrate with the IntelliJ vcs menu system and with the vcs bar plugin, so that we have less clutter in the ui, plus the integration of the report window in the IntelliJ docking system.
However, ssh/ext support would be my no 1 for enhancements.
