[cvs] General problems (observed in Build #3296)

Apart from the "Update project" problem , there is another issue with the CVS integration (Irida #3296) since the "Prune empty directories" parameter seems not to work reliably - I often encounter those directories. Are there other people observing this problem, is there anything /I/ can do to circumnavigate it? Is there any chance that the CVS plugin gets updated to address both issues?

(Also, other CVS plugin issues could be posted here, or did I miss a more appropriate place to do so?)
