AFAIK, there is no place for improvement, as it's so simple, and does
just one simple thing.

("MoveToLeft", and "MoveToRight" would make sense, but they are closer
to the MoveElement plugin that to this one.)

Reminder: shortcut conflict !!
Since recently, one of the 2 plugin default shortcuts conflictw
with
the new "Quick Implementation" action.
suggestion:
- On MacOS X, remap Quick-Implementation to ^I
(this is
http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=38657)
- On Windows, or Linux, remap Quick-Implementation as you please,
but remap it!!
