CVS bar plugin?

Yes. It was broken by a build. I really wish this plugin is going to
be updated. It was extremely useful.

OK. I have fixed the problem and rebuilt the plugin to be supported by Pallada so far.
But now http://plugins.intellij.net/ is down and I can not upload the changes to it.
I'll upload cvsbar later.
