Rearranger: default Class Member Order

Dave,

In one of the previous builds, I had a Class Member Order list, which
contained default settings. With the current build, the list is empty.
Is it possible to get a default set of rules again or did you remove
that feature? Not, that the default set of rules matched my style, but
it is much more easy to modify a rule set than creating an own one from
the scratch.
