Subversion Plugin?

Is anyone currently working on a Subversion plugin? I've noticed the plugin that does not work with the current version of IDEA. I am thinking of writing one if there isn't any current development work going on, as we desperately need something. The command-line isn't cutting it anymore and all the developers here use IDEA.

http://svnup.tigris.org works for me on 4.0.2, but you need to compile the javahl java-to-native library for it.

The version thats in the plugin manager is OUT OF DATE. The authors
didn't even put it there are where surprised when I mentioned it. Grab it
from svnup.tigris.org?
