From the 1.23 plugin version release notes: "New Native interface that use the COM wrapper "jacob" (http://danadler.com/jacob/) instead of custom coded C++"
I don't think Jacques ever had time to complete the NewNativeCC work so you're probably better off using the standard NativeClearCase interface with the ccjni.dll library.

It should however be completely functional. It just doesn't have anything different than the old native interface so I would stick with the old one like I do.

Vince is right. I have just too much going on to finish this.
