JIRA Plugin and XML-RPC
Uploaded 0.1.4.9 of the JIRA plugin last night, this version fixes a few
bugs, but newly implements an XML-RPC based interface for configuring
projects, no longer do you need to scratch your heads for project and
component ids. Of course, this only works for the newly released JIRA 2.6,
and with Remote-API turned on in the configuration. Older users still get
the older simple configure window.
Another new feature, if you mark an issue as being worked on, the plugin
will now update the issue on the JIRA server to say its "in progress".

Excellent plugin.
I have one remark which possibly you can change to make it more user
friendly :-).
When I choose to display issues in external browser, each time I have to
login
into the jira in the external browser. It seems the jira plugin does not use
(in such
the case) or does not sent user/password information.
Will it be possible to change?
Best regards,
Rafal

I'd rather not post the username/password into the URL. But what you can
do is just tell JIRA to remember you're login, then JIRA will set a cookie
in your browser which should automatically log you in...

Ok. Will try it that way.
Thanks.
