plugin created toolwindows and ctrl shift F4

Hello Thibaut,

I've just discovered that Ctrl Shift F4 discards all panels that my
plugin have created in its toolwindow, is this expected ?

And if it is, is there a mean to prevent it ? As my plugin is not
currently able to restore subpanels to the toolwindow
