Getting CVS and SVN source code.

svn plugin source is available in the plugin devkit zip which you can download from jetbrains

Can anyone please provide me with the link from where I can get the
CVS and SVN IntelliJ plugin source code?

The plugin development kit includes the source code of all version control
plugins except for CVS. The CVS plugin is not available as open-source.
