ls -l on a selected file/dir

ls -l on the parent dir of the selected file.

tail -f on the selected file

cat on the selected file

open an interactive bash shell in the selected dir or in the dir of the selected file.

Hi Dan,

I have found the shell quite useful, but the TAB key doesn't complete the
names of the files.
Do you have the same problem?

thanks and, yes, I have the same issue.. I'm not sure if there is a switch we can add to the bash command line, or if it's a problem with the console window/pipe to the native process... I hope to have some more time to play with it this weekend.
