'regexp' and 'useful' plugins available

multiple problems in fact - plugins not announced consistently on this
plugins newslist, no announcement section on the repository page, the
plugin list does not flag any newly added ones like mozilla firebird does.

If at least the plugin list on intellij.org would sort
by date and not date's string.
