New version with a little improvement:
The new-build-available message is shown only one time.

Johannes, could you, please, upload also sources to the plugin?
I'd like to modify it for me to not show error dialog if I'm working
off-line.
Thanks

Great plugin.
One caveat:
Apparently you check for the ideaXXX.tar.gz file in
http://www.intellij.com/eap/downloads/. That created a funny state where it
said there's a new version before it appeared on the EAP web page. That's
not too bad, but the file was not complete yet when I got the message, and
the zip file was not there at all.
My suggestion is that you will actually look in the EAP web page, or better
yet, IntelliJ people should add a menu similar to Microsoft products - Check
for new version - and have their own fullproof mechanism.
I still dig your plugin.

Suggestions:
1. Check if the file size is changing.
2. Have a button or link to download the new version.

Well, I think you will be able to wait for some seconds :)
Yeah, will do that soon...

Very minor changes:
I updated the plugin to use build 648's getBuildNumber() and
to not report the IOException if not invoked from menu.
I don't know how is it with the plugin ownership but hope it's OK.
The version is called 0.92.
