PSI now part of OpenAPI (?)

I am wondering about the same thing. Could someone please answers this question? Also, do you still need to provide the disclaimer still mentioned in http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/ProgramStructureInterface ? Somebody should probably update that document...
