Null Pointer Exception in checkin dialog

Seems Difference Provider is broken in 963. I have the same problem,
but only with "Show Difference" Action in Check In Project; I constructed my
Check IN Action so it bypasses this mechanism.

Yes, it was a bug and fixed already. I did the workaround Olesya suggested
and things are working again
